KIND ADS

What owners miss today

Ads, posts, reviews. Who keeps up?

Marketing happens at the same time as running the store.

Ad spend watched channel by channel

Search, social, Naver Place. Each has its own screen, so you add up the month’s total and the remaining limit by hand.

Posts that wait for spare time

Blog posts, Naver Place updates, ad creatives. In a busy week, they are the first thing to stop.

Reviews that wait for a reply

The lower the rating, the harder it is to decide what to say.

How is your store doing right now? We’ll check your Naver Place, blog, reviews, and ads.

How it works

Assess, set, and approve.

Three steps and it’s running.

Marketing assessment

After you apply, your manager gets in touch and reviews where your Naver Place, blog, reviews, and ads stand, along with an operating plan.

Set your limit and rules

After reviewing the plan, you set the monthly limit and the posting rules. A goal, such as new bookings, is how results are measured.

Run within your limit, you approve

KAI drafts this week’s plan, creatives, posts, and reply drafts. Your manager runs and publishes what you approve, within your limit.

KAI drafts, your manager runs.

From the assessment to the weekly results, it all stays within your limit and your approval.

02Made by KAI

Monthly limit and channel split

Set a monthly limit and a split across search ads, social ads, Naver Place, and a reserve is drafted within it. Ad spend is summarized next to the limit.

03Made by KAI

3 ad creatives

A new customer’s first visit, a return visit, a review quote. Creatives with different goals are made together and wait for your approval.

04Made by KAI

Blog posts and Naver Place updates

Drafts of blog posts and Naver Place updates. Once you read and approve them, your manager publishes them.

05Done by your manager

Only approved items run and post

Within your limit, your manager runs and publishes only the plan items you approved. Anything awaiting your check does not go out.

06Made by KAI

Review reply drafts

A reply draft is prepared for every review. The tone follows the rating: thanks for thanks, an apology and a look into what happened for complaints.

07Decided by you

Posting rules and checks

A reply that hits a posting rule goes out only after you check it. Approve it as it is, or edit it and approve.

08Made by KAI

Weekly results and next week’s split

Results by channel are summed up in numbers, and next week’s split is set again.

All eight work within your limit and your approval.

What people decide

The decisions are yours.

KAI drafts and summarizes, and your manager runs and publishes. The limit, the approvals, and the rules are always yours.

  1. Monthly limitA ceiling that is never exceeded. You set it.
  2. GoalThe measure of results, such as new bookings.
  3. PlanYou review the split across channels and approve it.
  4. Posting rulesYou choose which replies and posts wait for your check.
  5. Flagged repliesThey go out only after you approve them, or edit and approve them.

What KAI and your manager don’t do

  • Spend beyond the limit
  • Run a plan you haven’t approved
  • Post outside what you approved
  • Post a flagged reply on their own

What we share after the assessment

  • PricingShared once the assessment confirms the scope of operations.
  • Scope of operationsWhich of ads, blog and Naver Place updates, and review replies you hand over.

Already in use

The same principle, in a real feature.

KAI drafts and a person edits and posts. That is how it already works in the KIND DOCTOR hospital admin.

KIND DOCTOR hospital admin

KAI writes the draft, the hospital admin edits and posts it

In the KIND DOCTOR hospital admin, you press “KAI draft” on a review to get a reply draft. The hospital admin reads it, edits it, and posts it with “Post reply.” KIND ADS review replies follow the same principle.

Security and data

What we collect.

We collect only what we need, and act only within the range you set.

What we collect on request

Your name, contact, business name, and message. The purpose is an onboarding consultation, and we keep it for one year after the consultation ends. The form does not take payment details or passwords.

Within the range you set

Your monthly limit, posting rules, and approvals are the basis of operations. Nothing is run or posted outside them.

Ad accounts and payment methods

If an ad account has to be connected, how it is connected and what access is needed are decided with you during the assessment.

FAQ

Common questions.

Who pays for the ads, and how?

The monthly limit is the ceiling on ad spend, and you set it.

How an ad account is connected and how ad spend is paid are decided with you during the assessment. Either way, spend stays within your monthly limit.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is shared after the assessment. We confirm the scope of operations first, then send a quote.

The request form has no payment fields, and nothing is charged at the request step.

What do KAI and my manager each do?

KAI prepares the assessment summary, the operating plan and channel split, ad creatives, drafts of blog posts, Naver Place updates and review replies, and the weekly results summary.

Your KIND BIZ manager runs the ads and publishes the posts: only what you approve, within the monthly limit you set.

Can an ad run or a post go up without my approval?

No. KAI does not run ads or publish posts, and your manager runs and publishes only what you approved, within your limit.

A plan that is awaiting your check does not go out.

What if I don’t like a review reply?

Replies are made as drafts. A reply that hits a posting rule goes out only after you check it, and you can approve it as it is or edit it and approve.

Which channels do you cover, and can I keep my current ad accounts?

Search ads, social ads, Naver Place, blogs, and reviews.

The assessment first looks at where your Naver Place, blog, reviews, and ads stand today. How to carry on with the channels and accounts you already use is decided after seeing the results.

How do I see the results?

You set a goal, such as new bookings, and receive results by channel in numbers. They are used to set next week’s split again.

Results differ from store to store, so they are agreed when you set the goal after the assessment.

Can I pause or cancel?

The term of use and the cancellation terms are shared along with the pricing, after the assessment.

How is my personal information used?

At the request step we collect your name, contact, business name, and message. The purpose is an onboarding consultation, and we keep it for one year after the consultation ends.

You can find the details in the privacy policy.

How do I request an assessment?

In “Get a marketing assessment,” enter your name, contact, and store or brand name, and agree to the collection and use of personal information.

Your manager then contacts you at the details you entered and walks you through the next steps.

If you have questions, put them in the message when you request the assessment.
