What hospitals miss today
Inquiries arrive whether or not the clinic is open.
They wait until the next morning.
Translating and checking slows every reply.
Hours, parking, closure days. Questions your info already covers keep coming.
How it works
Patients ask, KAI answers, and the hospital approves the booking.
In the chat on your hospital page or a connected messaging channel, in the language they use.
It answers from approved material and takes the time they want as a booking request. If it isn’t in your material, KAI passes it to staff.
Approve or decline. Until the hospital reviews it, the patient sees it as an unconfirmed request.
Inquiries, answers, and booking requests are free.
Features
Enter your website address and KAI reads your hospital’s material. Add guides and YouTube videos, and upload the Q&A sheet (Excel) from your old chatbot as it is — each Q&A becomes hospital guidance.
With no source, KAI doesn’t make things up. It says it doesn’t know and passes the question to staff. It doesn’t diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatment.
KAI takes them as booking requests. The hospital decides which times it accepts and approves or declines each one.
Hospital information is in Korean by default. Multilingual hospital information, in 3 or all 14 languages, is an optional service charged separately.
KAI reads notices of temporary closures, regular days, and shortened hours, and answers by date. Dates your hospital enters itself take priority over notices.
See today’s tasks, booking requests, conversations, and answers that need staff review in one place. Correct a KAI answer and approve it, and it applies from the next patient on.
Beyond the chat on your page, connect channels like KakaoTalk, LINE, Instagram, and WhatsApp with the setup wizard, then go live once your hospital sets the answer scope and response hours.

Security and data

We run the service on server equipment and IDC infrastructure we operate ourselves, and where data is processed and which vendors handle it are listed item by item in the Privacy Policy.
Each hospital’s information and answer standards are managed within what that hospital approves and are never mixed with another hospital’s material.
A patient’s name, contact details, and booking information are, in principle, provided only to the hospital they booked.
National ID and alien registration numbers are always masked, and a record shows who viewed what and when. Staff roles also limit what each person can see.
The payment processor handles card numbers and expiry dates directly; the company doesn’t store them.
FAQ
KAI doesn’t diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatment, and it doesn’t guarantee outcomes or compare or recommend other hospitals.
It answers only within material your hospital approves and passes anything else to staff. The roles of the hospital and KAI are set out in “AI guidance standards” below.
Before you publish, ask it questions yourself on the real chat screen. After publishing, the hospital can review an answer, correct it, and approve it, and the correction applies from the next patient on.
Answers that need review collect in the staff inbox, and KAI never gives a definitive answer on emergencies or medical judgment.
The chat on your hospital page, plus messaging channels such as KakaoTalk, LINE, Instagram, and WhatsApp that you connect with the setup wizard.
After connecting, you run seven checks and go live; timing can vary with the channel provider’s review or approval.
Patient screens open in 14 languages, and your hospital information is in Korean by default. Multilingual hospital information, in 3 or 14 languages, is an optional service charged separately.
You can ask questions and check before publishing, and questions that need medical judgment go to the hospital in any language.
No, you can start without replacing it. KIND DOCTOR takes over the part that handles patient inquiries and booking requests.
Connecting to your existing programs is scoped with KIND CONNECT after reviewing your environment.
Only when the hospital approves a booking. A patient’s first booking at that hospital is ₩2,000, and the same patient booking again is ₩500 (VAT excluded).
Inquiries, answers, booking requests, declines, requests that expire before approval, duplicates, internal tests, and spam are not included.
If a patient cancels or doesn’t show up after approval, the fee isn’t canceled automatically; duplicate charges, system errors, and reasons the hospital and company agree on are corrected.
There is no monthly base fee, and no fee in a month with no approved bookings. If you cancel autopay, invoices that haven’t started payment stop, and settlement for bookings approved before cancellation continues.
Contract end and data cleanup follow your service agreement; write to contact@k-biz.ai and we’ll guide you.
You can start by entering your hospital information yourself. Tell us about your situation and we’ll work out how to begin together.
